1 cup x puffed buckwheat or rice
1/2 cup x dried blueberries
1/2 cup x dried cranberries
1/2 cup x raisins
1/2 cup x coconut (unsweetened)
1/4 cup x hemp seeds
1/4 cup x chia seeds
1/4 cup x sunflower seeds
1/4 cup x pumpkin seeds
1/2 x cup peanut butter
1⁄2cup x dates 4 x teaspoons butter
Boil the kettle and pore over dates until just covered. Soak for 10 minutes
Add butter, peanut butter and date mix to a saucepan over medium heat.
Stir ingredients until completely combined. Turn off heat.
Mix together puffs, seeds, shredded coconut and dried fruit.
Combine wet and dried ingredients
Press mix firmly into an 8×8 lightly greased pan
Refrigerate until set; approx 2 hrs
Portion and store in an airtight container
