Service Description

This is an add on service to your Health Plan. You will receive a tailer made meal plan and recipe collection to support your personal health goals.

Cancellation Policy

Please allow at least 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment time. If cancellation is required and within 24 hours of appointment time there will be a 50% no-show or late cancellation charge. If cancellation is required and it's more then 24 hours out from your appointment there will be no cancellation fee.
